Send files
that disappear.

One view per recipient. Every file is encrypted in transit, watermarked to the person reading it, and permanently deleted the moment it's been seen, or when your clock runs out.

Images, PDF, Word docs, plain text · max 5 MB

Separate multiple addresses with commas.

Link is permanently consumed after the first view.

Three steps.
Then nothing.

Upload

Drop the file. It's encrypted in transit and stored in an access-controlled private bucket. Only the recipient's validated session can retrieve it.

Share the one-time link

Send a single link. It opens once, in a sealed viewer, carrying a watermark that names exactly one reader.

It self-destructs

First view or final hour: the file, its key, and its link are erased. Not archived. Not recoverable. Gone.

Features

A simple, secure way to share files that should not linger.

Upload once, set your recipient rules, and share a link that expires on your terms — not one that sits in someone's inbox forever.

Secure one-time file sharing

Manage access permissions, set expiration rules, and track file activity.

Glancr upload screen with recipient fields and secure file options

One upload, one sealed route

Drop a file, add recipients, and choose how the link expires. The process stays simple even when the security requirements are strict.

Testimonials

Loved by people who send sensitive files.

MO

Maya Okoye

Principal, Northline Legal

Glancr changed how we send draft agreements. Clients get one clean link, and our team gets a record that the file did not keep floating around afterward.

JR

Julian Rivera

Finance operations lead

Payroll files used to move through email because it was convenient. This is just as fast, but the expiry and watermarking give us control we can explain.

NE

Nadia Ellis

Operations director

The team stopped asking which version was safe to send. We create the link, set the rule, and let the file expire on its own.

FAQs

Frequently asked questions

Can recipients download the file?

No. Glancr is designed around a sealed viewer rather than a downloadable attachment. The recipient can view the file, but the handoff is not built to leave a copy in their downloads folder.

What happens after a first view?

The link is closed and the file is removed according to the expiry rule you set. For single-view links, the file, key, and link are permanently deleted once the recipient opens it.

Do recipients need a Glancr account?

No. The sender controls the link. Recipients can open the secure viewer without creating a workspace or installing an app.

Can I send to more than one person?

Yes. Add multiple recipient emails and each reader can receive a controlled view with its own accountability trail.

Is the file encrypted in transit?

Yes. Files are encrypted in transit using AES-256-GCM as they are served to the recipient. Access is gated by a validated session — expiry removes that access path entirely, leaving no usable copy behind.

Which plan should I start with?

Use Free for occasional sensitive sends. Pro adds larger files, more active links, and longer expiry windows for weekly client work.
